Are you past, or future focused?
Ask yourself these questions:

Now, the chances are... your mind immediately went into your past to look for answers, to recall what you have done, what your life situation was, what you have accomplished.
Our brains are sneaky this way. They are wired primitively to always?go the easy way out, to look for answers from our past. Very rarely, we go into the future to look for answers, define who we are, or what we are capable of.
Just simply KNOWING THIS, is creating a POWERFUL space, for magic to possibly happen in your life.
When we search for answers in our past, we are constantly living our past over and over again. Feeling stuck? This is why.
We limit our own potential by going back to the past, finding evidence from our past. We define ourselves with our own thoughts. Our past only exists in our own thoughts.
You get to decide what to think about it, what you make it mean.
And if you get to decide what to think about it, and get to decide what you make it mean...then you can literally re-write your past.
So, whatever your thought is about what happened 10 years ago, is going to create feelings now, actions now, and results now. This is why people mistake that their past is affecting them now. What they do not know, is?the only thing that is affecting them now is their thinking.
This is why forgiveness is so powerful. You may hear people say: I completely forgive that person, and I feel so much lighter now.
Nothing changed. The past never changed. They just rewired their own thinking.
If, you define yourself by what, who you want to be in your future...you can choose to live that now. Taking on that behavior your future self would behave, taking on that thinking your future self would think, and taking on the actions your future self would take.
It is all REALLY possible.
And it is just flipping a switch on how you choose to think.
Your results will be worldly different.
