As you may know, I’m on a mission to help a million entrepreneurs-in-the-making get a huge jump-start on taking their entrepreneurial leap. One of the ways I do that is by joining forces with collaborators.

I’m happy to share we now have 44 collaborators. A collaborator is any organization or individual who helps, teaches, and guides entrepreneurs-in-the-making, be it teachers, professors, organizations, or mentors. If you, or someone you know, loves helping budding entrepreneurs, then you or they should consider becoming a collaborator.

How I Support Collaborators In Their Mentorship Role

Confirm — Glimpse — Path

Teaching entrepreneurs is all about the content that you use combined with the mentorship skills you have. I've created a set of materials to support mentors in what they do best, which is supporting budding entrepreneurs on their own journeys. There are three basic concepts I discuss in this curriculum: confirm, glimpse, and path.

1. Confirm- How to help budding entrepreneurs confirm that this path is right for them.
2. Glimpse- How to help your students get a glimpse of their future and find the right business for them.
3. Path- How to help your students chart their path to success on this journey

The Entrepreneurial World Needs More Mentors

A few years ago, I started noticing how many people were reaching out to me for advice and mentorship as they started their own entrepreneurial journey. I'm sure other established entrepreneurs have noticed this trend as well. The bottom line is that the entrepreneurial world needs more mentors.

I created The Mentor Track with five basic steps, which help outline the structure of a mentorship relationship to take some of the heavy lifting off of mentors. The five steps include materials to provide your mentee, tips for scheduling meetings and checkins, guidance to give them on annotating the providing materials, and more. The goal of The Mentor Track is to set you and your mentee up for success in your one-on-one meetings.

I want to support your cause by sharing my content with you and make you even more of a hero to your audience. It is a totally open-source and abundance-based approach to the world.
