Are You Oversubscribed At The Minute?

Hey team, Happy Monday!

Are you oversubscribed?

And no I don't mean in the sense that Daniel Priestly talks about in the book of the same name.

However that said, it's a great book.

I recall Daniel Priestley saying that you should overdeliver when you serve your clients, your audience, the marketplace, and your vision for the world.

?I disagree.

I know when someone commits to working with me they want my 100% best.

There's no "over-delivery" to speak of, just unbelievable results without fail.

No buts.

After all, that's what they bring to the table, and that's what gets the results you see in my client testimonials too.

It is what it is.

Going over and above presupposes you don't always and that's unacceptable.

Perhaps I'm old-fashioned or a bit traditional, but I like to do things properly. That way they're done and we can move on. Just the way my mind works.

Like I say good book if you avoid what he says there. Apart from that it's decent.

Anyway, welcome once again.?

Back to the newsletter...

Over the last weekend, I unsubscribed to lots of newsletters which were clogging got my inbox.

You might be in a similar situation where you've subscribed but for whatever reason, you've not got around to reading.

Before you know it you've got 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks of information, value, content, insight, awareness, expertise and experience that you’re never going to look at.

Then it adds up and becomes overwhelming.

If that sounds like you, I was in a similar situation,?so I took appropriate action.

There was no benefit in having things clogging up my email so I unsubscribed.

Why?

We live in an information age where we can get all of the insight, intelligence and analytics we need at the click of our Fingertips.

We don't need widgets, spreadsheets, whatnots and doodahs all over the place flooding that left brain any more than is necessary.

We need action, implementation, understanding and fewer things to do, not more.

Also often times it doesn't do anything for us anyway,? especially if it isn't the right message, for the right reasons, at the right time, for the right result.

That's what Zoom calls are for, or Skype if you've been doing this as long as I have. LOL.

Anyway, I surprised myself with what I did next.

There was one specific newsletter I unsubscribed from because it was too good.

There was too much information, too much valuable content and no chance I was going to get through it.

When I unsubscribed I realized that I need to be mindful not to do the same with my newsletter...

So this week's will be short as last week's was CRAMMED with value.

Yes, I understand you're here to improve your lifestyle, transform your mindset, and improve your habits of health... But we still have work to get done!

If you're a CEO, business owner, or senior leader who struggles to find the right balance but wants to improve his health and be a better one model to his family...

Here's a video for you.

Happy Monday.

Mike.

It’s easy to oversubscribe and realize the inbox is piling up! I reviewed my subscriptions this weekend too and found it helpful eliminating those I used to love and no longer read. Much easier to focus on the content I really am excited about!
