Are You Overselling Yourself or Your Product?

This week, we revisit an article written in May of 2023, Brand Authentically. It was written about branding, but also addressed the issue of possibly overselling your goods or services.? In my opinion, any press is NOT good press.? I've seen situations where once the word gets out that you can't do what you say you can, or that your products isn't what was expected, then recovery is sometimes hard to do.
