Are you over anxiety fatigue?

This year just feels different. It has a new feel to it but with something old lingering, like a bit of mouldy cheese in the back of the fridge. Having an ever-changing health landscape as we all navigate the virus is just starting to get a bit waring.
I think the word for 2022 for me will be resilience. Resilience is a word that gets thrown around a lot but really understanding the everyday meaning of this in a world that is constantly throwing curveballs means we just have to keep on digging deep, supporting each other and look to find joy in the moments of normality when we can. With change comes opportunity and in overcoming the anxiety fatigue of the last few years I am excited that the new normal will present some interesting opportunities and new ways of using my skills and passions this year.
I was talking Liz Nair about this late last year and she has developed a new resilience challenge starting in March, https://attivoconsulting.com.au/be-resilient-30-day-challenge/ . If I am really going to flex my resilience muscle and take hold of new opportunities then I am going to spend at least 5 min day for 30 days working on it. I hope you can join me.
How are you managing the anxiety fatigue of the last few years and how is 2022 panning out for you?
