Are you open to innovate or are you not?....

It goes without saying that the people that create the most progress are people who are to open innovation.

I see this so often at the moment. So many people knowing there is something more yet still closing themselves off to do something different.

And I’m not talking about the latest training in your current corporate role, which teaches everyone the same skills.

What I’m talking about is your own self development.

Your ability to discover more of who you are and what it is you are capable of.

Imagine what you could find out?...

Scary right?.....

I was having a conversation the other day with someone who had devoted themselves to an organisation for over half of there life. Absolutely incredible journey of commitment.

Always showing up, always creating results, always putting numbers on the board.

But all the while not realising how closed they had become to innovation and learning about themselves.

And that’s the problem right? How many professionals currently feel that way?

Completely stuck in there current role or circumstance?....

I know I’ve been there, and I’m sure you have to.

Today’s piece of wisdom is this.....

For things to change, you have to change.

There has never been a better time to learn about yourself and what you are capable of achieving.
