If you are a HR Generalist and have strong experiences in Organisational Development and Industrial Relations, then we would like to hear from you. DuluxGroup PNG has a vacancy of HR Business Partner to be filled immediately based in Lae Head Office, Morobe Province.

We have the HR Strategy and People and Performance Plan for 2020-2022 which we would like you to join and execute for us to achieve the overall objectives of DuluxGroup PNG.

Below is the minimum requirement for the role: -

Knowledge / Experience Requirements

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualifications in HR Management, Psychology or related discipline
• Train the Trainer Certificate would be an advantage but not necessary
• Current Professional Membership with PNG Human Resource Institute (PNGHRI)

Business/ Technical Skills:

• Strong technical generalist across all HR business processes
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and PNG Employment Act
• Strong knowledge of Organisational Development
• Must have good attention to detail and a good team player
• Must have a proactive approach to work attitude and self-discipline
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Experiences:

• More than 8 years’ work experiences in human resources management
• Hands on in Organisational Development and Industrial Relations matters
• Well versed with PNG Employment Act
• Experiences in manufacturing industry is necessary.
