You Will Never Be Ready... 5 Tips To 'Just Start'!

I am guilty as charged, my friend, so please do not think you are alone in this one!
We're all bubbling with things we'd like to do. Ideas we'd like to make happen. Places we'd like to go. That business we'd like to start. The diet, the relationship, health, wealth, career... The list is endless.
So why is it that in many cases, it all ends up being a bit of a non-starter?
Some may refer to this as PROCRASTINATION. Others will look upon it as FEAR. Some even think it's being LAZY. I feel it runs so much deeper than just that.
Here are some reasons why you don't start:
They may all seem like excuses and yes, in some ways they are.
BUT...

Here are 5 TIPS to GET YOU STARTED:
Embrace the fear - You are going to be afraid because you are doing something 'out of character'. Roll with it, accept the fear, jump up and down, breathe in and out deeply at least 3 times, everytime you feel panicked. Remember: YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Get it out of your head - Write down those thoughts...the good, the bad and the downright ugly! Get it out of your head. Release it from your body. Then burn them, rip them up, chuck them away and keep moving forward.
Best possible outcomes always win! - It's easy to go down the 'worst possible outcome' rabbit hole. It's a default mechanism. Teach yourself to focus on the best possible outcomes instead. Write them down. If you start that business, leave that relationship, start that diet, go on that holiday... what are you going to gain from it. Make a list, put down all the positives as they will serve as a constant reminder and motivation as you progress in your new life.
One step at a time - this is not a race. It is not a competition. Nobody has a gun to your head. You cannot run before you can walk, and you certainly can't walk until you realise you can crawl first. Take your time. Make a list of priorities and then deal with your highest one first.
Know your WHY? - When we make a plan to start something new, it's vital you know the reason why you want to achieve it in the first place. What's the reason why you desire to increase your wealth? How will it impact your life and those around you? When we do anything, there is usually a greater picture. Losing weight for instance, means longevity of life, ability to do more, feeling better within ourself, feeling strong, can do more with our families, friends etc. If you haven't thought of your why, now's the time to do it. It's imperative in order to keep you going and getting you to take action.
ONE FINAL THOUGHT...
You've got this. I have faith in you so please have faith in yourself. Time and consistency, along with faith, belief, desire, motivation all have a part to play in starting and moving. Take your time. Don't rush it through. Enjoy the JOURNEY.. because that's what life is, a journey, an exploration, an adventure and you have so much to give.
