I did business for a long time on my own. I had colleagues and I networked and had people I reached out to, but I never really had people in it with me. That was until 2019 and I got a business coach. It changed everything for me.

My business has grown so much since then, and more importantly, I have grown.?

In 2021, I saw this fabulous woman called Tina Tower - loved the alliteration - at Business Chicks Movers & Breakers conference. She was so fun and magnetic. We didn’t speak but I did connect with her online. When I found out she taught people how to launch courses, I leapt in. I joined the Limited Launch Formula and launched my first ever course in 2021, the same year i had my son Finn, and also decided to launch my business podcast, Live and Love Your Brand. It was a lot!! But - i did it!?

How did I get all that done at such an intense time of my life??

Because I had the support. Tina’s course was step by step and helped show me how I could make it happen. I also had a fabulous VA who helped me implement, let alone the rest of my village - my husband, child care and called in extras - such as my in laws, and even got meal service for the launch week.
