As a smaller player, you have the agility to adapt quickly and the freedom to experiment. There's less red tape!
The large operations are trying to find a way to get better with a personal customer first approach.
If you have a smaller business then get ahead of the game and use that to get an advantage. If you haven't got time then find someone internally or outsource to get a strategy and execute it well!
