When people feel connected to your brand, they are more likely to engage with your product or service.
Most of us are pretty loyal to our favorite brands. We may have used the same soap or lotion for decades with no plans of changing. Have you ever thought about why? It's certainly an interesting aspect of human behavior.
Our preferences are probably based on perception and experience. A positive perception of a brand can lead to that first sale. Once you have a great experience, future sales are all but guaranteed.
