2 周This was very insightful and thank you for sharing Dr. Jones. As I was reading, I couldn’t help but to think this type of leadership is in relation to a dictatorship leader. It almost seems they have similar traits is that not correct? Also, would this type of leadership be some who would practice microaggression? I say this because the outcomes based off this type of leadership is the same outcomes of a leader who practice microaggression rather knowingly or unknown.
