The country who needs help may gets directly guidance from another country to connect with the direct factories or manufactures.

Due to the foreign government demand is very large, the production capacity is fully occupied, therefore, you orders cannot be arranged.

2.You may concern the payment 50% in advance

The crucial fact is the factory only accept 100% payment.

At present, the first-line factories are basically full load production, not 100% full payment, basically they do not accept orders.
