About the recent Mass Layoffs...If you've been in the industry as long as I have it's bound to happen. I've seen many of these cycles over my 26+ years in the business. It was one of my motivators to start my own company two and a half years ago! I found that some of the companies I worked for weren't as loyal to me as I was to them. They were loyal to what I was bringing in but once they got what they needed from me the loyalty was gone.
