Are you more productive and effective with SCRUM?

Every couple of years we get in touch with new methodologies to expedite the software development process - the current "buzzword" is SCRUM which arrives under the umbrella of Agile development or Extreme Programming.

With this new approach, the project is splitted in small pieces called "sprints" with 2-4 weeks and the team involved has daily 15 minutes meetings to follow the progress of the project.

It seems to be simple and easy to implement
