How does it work?

One of our drivers will arrive at your office, at the prearranged time, we use lidded secure mail transit boxes, which are secured with plastic ties and studs before they leave your premises. Upon collection, your mail is scanned and printed with an individual tracking code, PPI and return address, which is then photographed and linked to the name and address shown in the window which can provide proof of posting.

The items are then sorted overnight for dispatch to the local Royal Mail delivery office the following morning for final mile delivery by Royal Mail. We can provide a photo image of each item displaying the tracked barcode and the time and date that it was processed as proof that it was correctly presented to the Royal Mail.

All that’s left to do is for the Royal Mail to deliver each item to the respective recipient, in accordance with their 97% next-day delivery saturation.
