Your Metabolic Love Language
When I first started following a nutrition and training plan that was congruent with my lifestyle, I saw more results in 12 weeks than I had in the previous 12 years combined.

Popular diets are popular because they take extreme measures to lose weight quickly.
I'd rather lose weight sustainably.
It's not about dropping body fat...
It's about keeping it off.
And, what many don't realize is that when you slash calories and start losing weight quickly, a significant percentage of that weight is going to be lean muscle. NOT the type of weight you want to be losing.
Not only is this going to negatively effect body composition, but it will make subsequent fat loss endeavors more difficult due to having a slower metabolism.
And that's where other programs fail.
The seasons of fitness method works because it's easier to stay consistent. And it accounts for the different seasons of your life and adapts accordingly.
It's easier to maintain.
It's more effective because it works with your nature.
Think of it like your metabolic love language.
Once you start speaking that language, your body will change the way you want it to.
In fact, many of my clients say after a few months on the program that it doesn't feel like they are on a program.
This is because your new behaviors and lifestyle habits have become your new normal!
These new habits now make it effortless to maintain. Then when you want to focus your attention on a new goal or milestone, simple adjustments is all it takes, not a major overhaul.
