You, Me, Them

Living Fully, lovingly and bravely (helps others to do the same)
Hello Everyone!
Thanks for taking a moment to read this week’s Little Gestures of Positivity Power.
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner and every company trying to sell you something in the name of love, I figured I’d just hop on the bandwagon too…but in my own way.
YOU
So, did you do the thing? Have you been paying attention to your joy?
Taking joy seriously is serious stuff. It is an act of love—a gift to the little you inside.
We sing before we can talk.
We dance before we can walk.
We laugh before we can speak.
Joy is who we are.
It’s in us from the beginning, and yet somehow, we forget. We let life get too loud, too busy, too heavy. But we must make time for it. We must prioritise it.
If you lead people, and you notice they’re struggling or stressed, remind them to do the things that turn their light back on. The world needs more light, and it starts with us.
So this week, give yourself some love. Pay attention to your joy. Make space for it.

We are beyond delighted to have been invited to be part of the Frome Kindness Festival in March! This beautiful festival celebrates the transformative power of kindness, bringing local people together in magical, uplifting ways. So, of course, it’s right up our street!
The festival runs 15th - 22nd March, and we’ll be hosting our Grief Disco on Friday, March 21st, at 7pm at The Lucky Chance, Frome.
Our venue, The Lucky Chance, has the warm, welcoming atmosphere we need for Grief Disco, and as always, we’ll be bringing love, care, and connection to the dance floor.
We’re also thrilled to have Frome-based DJ Tom Rickey (Mother of Mankind), who will be playing an uplifting house & disco set designed to move both body and soul.
So, if you’re in the Frome area (or fancy a trip to a beautiful Somerset town for the Kindness Festival), you can grab your tickets here. We would love to dance with you. ??
THEM
I want to share a love story with you this week.
This interview with Colman Domingo (what a name!) always makes my eyes well up. The way he and his partner met is a beautiful reminder that true love - and trusting in love - wins.
Watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L544aI98cX4
Hope it fills your heart today.
Love and gratitude
