You are not a perfect human being because you are a human being not a mannequin it said often, but even then we run after perfection. We are all made with flaws and that is just to make ourselves more lovable to the people we love and to make that bond stronger. We are made imperfect in order to have a perfect love that is designed for us.
Suppose the world is made up with people of different geometric shapes but every shape is halved. That is us we are not made perfect yet. The moment when we find our other half both join to make a full shape which is perfect for them, so you cant really compare as the full shape might be a circle, square or a rectangle but to you it will be the perfect shape.
Of course with the wear and tear of the world sometimes your shape might loose its initial shape a bit with a chip here and there, but that doesn't matter it just means that you will have to put an effort in the relationship in order to make it work. So basically, you are made by someone else, for someone else and therefore you are not made to be perfect so don’t worry too much about it.
Humans are basically social animals. We enjoy speaking with other humans. As a result of this, many people feel that they are constantly shaped by society’s expectations. And, even though perfection is unattainable, we all constantly think about it. When you think of the perfect household, many of us picture a family of four living in a craftsman pushing their younger child on a swing set. Of course, no middle class family could ever achieve this. We have jobs to worry about, taxes to pay, etc. However, we still let society tell us about the perfect household.
And the society is naive. It doesn’t understand that you have flaws. The world is not a perfect place. When you let something naive tell you what you can and can’t do, you are bound to make mistakes. By letting society define perfection for you, you fall into this trap. To achieve true perfection, you have to forget the concept of perfection in its entirety. There is no “perfect” household. Every human has flaws. Your knowledge of yourself can convince you to believe that your flaws are more visible than others when this is simply not the case. You aren’t perfect because you let society define perfection. When you define perfection for yourself, you can finally realize that you are, indeed, perfect.
They say 'Beauty lies in the eyes of viewer'. The most perfect, beautiful, ideal things in life are rarely flawless. The moon which is praised for beauty has potholes. A perfect day has it's own share of bad stuff and perfection is a mirage. We keep chasing it only to find it never existed. We generally get this feeling when we are rejected by someone or for something we aspired to.We fail dejected to not fit into the criteria of perfection set up by somebody for the first time round.
Having said that,we need to chase this mirage of perfection. It makes our life worth living. The world works like mirror which reflects our image. The better we are ,the better it treats us.We need to focus on basics and keep improving. We need to be simply honest, hardworking, well behaved, compassionate, forgiving etc etc. Looks are only the first impression.Someday,we will be close to perfect to someone, other days we will be not.Don't be dejected.Just run after this mirage, you will accidentally find water someday.
Lack of focus in any and trying lot of things without accomplishing enough knowledge in any of them. Desire to achieve results too early or without putting enough effort into it. It could be over confidence and lack of focus. It could even be perfectionist attitude which is trying to reach absolute which human cannot reach. High logical reasoning is binding with pros and cons in absence of absolute state in your mind which is an illusion.
One of these points could be working as resistance and preventing to reach the goal. Focus I see as important which not necessarily leads to right goal but guides to amend the faltering steps in process that works as gold mine. Once we make a habit of being focused in subject it give enjoyment out of work giving complete pleasure which many a time works against it. When you work friends or evening meetings with them come in mind and when you are with friend’s morning work place come in mind. Such mind is deriving sadistic pleasure what is not present and it is ego which is causing all this. Stay blessed! #kishoreshintre #possessedbywritingspirit #ks800articles
