You May Feel Burnt Out Because..

You feel burnt out with your position because you made yourself an irreplaceable product and no matter what you try to change, it all comes down to you.

This comes from growing too quickly without an understanding and implementation of business operations.

The misinformation between growing and scaling is also a culprit. There’s a difference between “growing” and “scaling” a business.

Oftentimes, we think we’re scaling when we’re just stuck in a growth phase.

Growth means you’re getting “more”. Scaling, on the other hand”, is when you grow strategically. This is where you evaluate your current processes and see where you can lean them out to increase your efficiency.

When you don’t prioritize your Operations as you build you get in situations such as:

?? Disorganization

?? Spotty income

?? Being “stuck” in the middle (even with a team)

?? Poor customer experience

?? Constant pivoting or “rebranding”

The problem here lies that there aren’t enough solutions/resources in this realm because there’s a lot of focus on new businesses or bigger companies.

This is why I created the DDI (Document. Digitalize. improve) framework to help businesses at any level implement strategies to streamline and document their Operational Processes so they can either avoid or implement solutions quickly while maintaining their long-term vision/exit.

This looks like:

?? Having Self-accountability with how you do business so you aren’t guessing on what to do next.

?? Less disorganization & and happier clients because you documented your processes and can quickly resolve issues

?? You now have systems in place and can make changes as needed to fit your goals based on real data

?? Make more money because you now have the structure to create new money-generating activities in business without burning out.

If you resonate with any of this and want to create solutions, send me the word “SCALE” to start a conversation on what working together would look like. Disclaimer: I am not using third-party automation for this. I just found this easier to manage.

Keep up with TLM!
