Our conference is not only focused on learning, but also on practicing & networking. We are using modern technologies to enable all of this without even leaving home. That allows you to network in different formats with other PM professionals from all over the globe as well as actively engage in a conversation with keynote speakers! Here are some of the speakers and topics to be discussed:

• Luís Monteiro, Portugal - “The Reality Check Leadership” Podcast author, founder of Youman Skills and a workshop facilitator will raise an important subject around the importance of Empathy in communication.
• Dr. Keyao (Eden) Li, Australia - Researcher at Future of Work Institute, Curtin University and ARC Training Centre, will present the topic: “Are we ready for a rational discussion? The existence of biases in construction dispute negotiation”.
• Hugo Gon?alves, Portugal - Executive Coach & Design Thinking Facilitator for Leadership will give you an insight into the basic methods of “Negotiation by Design and Conversations”.
• Kasia Jagodzinska, Switzerland - International Negotiation Expert, Professor and Author at Schranner Negotiation Institute - will share in the talk with Matthias Schranner her experience from “Negotiations on the Edge”.
