Are you a match for your vision?

Are you a match for your vision?

Let me ask you something: What do you truly want to experience in your life??

For some of you, the vision is clear—you know exactly what you want 2025 to look like. For others, it’s less defined. It’s not about knowing the specifics; it’s about a deep longing for something to change.?

You might think, I don’t know what’s next, but I know I can’t stay where I am.

Both are valid. Both hold power.

Here’s the question that changes everything: Are you a match for your vision?

It’s a question I’ve asked myself many times. Years ago, when I was starting my business, I had this vision of creating a space for powerful women—a mastermind where women with bold ideas and unstoppable drive could come together to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges.

But every time I tried to step into that vision, I froze.

I kept hearing a voice inside me saying, Who do you think you are? You don’t belong here. It wasn’t just self-doubt; it felt like something deeper. When I looked closely, I realized that voice wasn’t mine. It was a story I had been carrying since I was nine years old.

Back then, I looked up to a group of older girls, two or three years ahead of me. One day, they suggested we all dress up and meet at a special place where we used to play. I was so excited. I ran home, borrowed this yellow ballet dress from my grandmother, and rushed back to meet them.

But when I arrived, they laughed. They told me, What are you doing here? This isn’t for you. You’re just a baby.

One moment in time my younger self on the right was running my business, and not the version of?me?on?the?left.

That moment left an imprint on me. It whispered to me for years, You’re not enough. You don’t belong in spaces with powerful women. And every time I tried to create my mastermind, every time I imagined bringing together the kind of women I admired, that story came back to stop me.

It wasn’t until I faced that memory, really looked at it and named it, that I could let it go. I realized it was just a story—a moment from my past that didn’t have to define my future. And when I let it go, I finally stepped into my vision. I created the mastermind I had dreamed of, and I became the woman who could carry it.

What’s holding you back?

Dr. Joe Dispenza says, “Be defined by the vision of your future, not the memory of your past.” It’s a powerful idea, but living it isn’t easy. For me, it meant letting go of old stories, like the one about powerful women being dangerous .

What about you? What memories, beliefs, or fears are still holding you back? What stories are you carrying that aren’t even yours??

Maybe it’s a memory of rejection or failure that still lingers. Whatever it is, naming it is the first step to letting it go.

The power of women gathering

This is why gathering together is so transformative. When women come together to share their dreams and their struggles, something magical happens. We see each other. We hold space for the stories that have held us back, and in doing so, we release them.

There’s freedom in naming the things that have kept us small. There’s power in saying, This story no longer defines me. I’m stepping into who I want to be.

What brings you alive?

Your vision isn’t just about what you want to create. It’s about how you want to feel.

Do you know what brings you alive? What makes you feel inspired? For me, creating spaces where women can step into their power fills me with energy and purpose.

So I’ll leave you with these questions:

  • What do you want to experience in your life?
  • What memories or beliefs might be holding you back?
  • Who do you need to become to truly carry your vision?

This is the kind of work we’ll dive into together. It’s about stepping into your future self and aligning with the version of you who can live your vision fully.

Until we meet, hold your vision close—whether it’s crystal clear or still unfolding—and ask yourself: Am I ready to step into who I need to be?

Love,

Rita
