You Manage Presales + Another Function

You Manage Presales + Another Function

How can you possibly do all that's needed in the presales leadership role?

While you manage sales, do you really have time to do the coaching and mentoring your SEs need? Coach them to do those brilliant demos you need?

If you're a full-on SE doing demos and RFPs, are you able to always be available to the SE or SE team when they need you?

Good management would have you get help when needed while respecting budget.

Your company isn't ready to hire a full-time presales manager. Until then, you can call on an experienced presales leader and trained business coach to support you in your hybrid role. Get the SEs the 1:1 or group attention they need when you just aren't able to provide it.

Working manager is a great role when a company just isn't ready for that full-time commitment that gives SEs all they need.

Managing two functions is easy when you're small or it's not too too busy. But for those times when things are just too much, outsourcing is available.

You can work with me one-on-one.

Here's how we do it

 There are two options.

1.     A one-off one-hour strategy call or dry run for $150.00 CAD.

This session can be for you, the manager, as a strategy call; or more likely, with your SE. The hour can be spent strategizing on an upcoming demo, reviewing great practices in demos, or doing a dry run.

This helps you give your SE ad-hoc support when you yourself are heads down on something!

2.     Monthly prepaid mentoring starts at $250 per month.

For that, each month your SE will get two hour-long calls plus access to me via Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn DM, or email during business hours Monday to Friday to ‘ask me anything’.

If you want more calls each month, you can add these on at an extra cost.

Think of this as getting a Virtual Presales Manager, or Management Assistant.

If you have just a few SEs, here's how the cost could work out:

# SEs Monthly Cost Yearly Equivalent

1 $ 250 $ 3,000

2 $ 500 $ 6,000

4 $1,000 $ 12,000

Would you like to talk about either of these options? Maybe it's not quite right; but maybe it's just the thing to free up some of your time for the SEs while you also attend to all your other responsibilities. Because you care about presales. But you're busy!

Pick a time to chat, here and we can talk it over.
