Are You Making the Money You Deserve?

Do you deserve a raise? Would you like some help getting it and becoming a more confident woman?

Can you speak up for yourself? What if you had the tools that would make it effortless for you?

Want to set–and keep–healthy boundaries for yourself and others?

Do you work for a company that has been, shall we say, a little slow recognizing your amazing talents and abilities?

Do you sometimes return home from work and eat your frustrations?

Are you ready to shed any limitations and claim your power as a dynamic leader with great ideas to contribute?

You know, I’ve been helping (mostly) women heal addictive behaviors since 1986. In the process, I have learned so much from you.

Over 66% of all adult addicts were abused as children. Yes, food can be classified as an addiction.

And, maybe more importantly, if you were physically, mentally, emotionally, medically, educationally abused or neglected as a child, you may be suffering from PTSD as an adult. Most abuse is carried out by men and most companies are led by–you guessed it–men.

Now, I am not in the “blame” business. That’s what the courts are for. What I do is help you heal the wounds you carry with you so you can be free to climb to the heights you deserve, occupationally and personally.

Have you ever sat in a meeting with a really good idea to contribute and you stayed mute for fear of . . ridicule? Being embarrassed? Just plain fear? There is a good possibility your inner child lives in terror of the men in the room.

Maybe you were raised with:

  • “Children should be seen and not heard.”
  • “Nice girls don’t get angry.”
  •  “I’ll give you something to cry about.”
  •  “Girls just go to school to get their MRS. degree

Now you may say, “That’s ridiculous. I’m a grown woman.” And you are—mostly. But we all carry with us wounds that haven’t healed, unless we have taken the time and effort to heal them. Your inner child represents your emotional side. You know, the side that pops out when it is most inconvenient. The side you rush to minimize or numb out to once again with food, shopping, drugs or any mood changing substance or event.

What if that part of you actually got healed and integrated in the healthy, strong woman you long to be? Can you imagine people (men) seeking you out for your sage advice? Women coming to you to mentor them? You believing in yourself–yes, you really are that good. Imagine getting paid what you are actually worth: Asking for the raise, documenting why you deserve it and your boss happily delivering it to you in full. And you feeling calm and in control the entire time.

Which brings me to how I may be of service to you. Over the last many months, I have been working on a program to help women step into their own power and shine–especially at work. Working through your fear and feelings of embarrassment or inadequacy or the “Imposter’s Syndrome,” which is “If THEY find out about me, they’ll fire me. I’m really not that good or competent.”

Using hypnosis and other psychological exercises, you will notice progress immediately.

We can cover such situations as:

  • How to ask for a raise and get it.
  • How to handle the office bully and maintain grace doing it. As they say, “The master of applied psychology can tell a person to go to hell and have him looking forward to the trip.”
  • Know when to and how to speak up, confidently. Assured that what you say is valuable.
  • The tooting of your own horn. How to have fun doing it.
  • Handling compliments and criticism graciously.
  • Setting and keeping clear healthy boundaries.
  • Dealing with competition and conflict and everyone feeling good (or okay) about it.
  • How to plan for and execute the best outcomes for all. Especially you.
  • How to clear your mind of unnecessary, repetitious chatter so you can focus on what is really important.
  • And much, much more!
