Life Purpose & Spiritual Transformation Coach | Guiding You from Feeling Stuck and Unfulfilled to Clarity and Purpose
Many if not most people are floating around looking to get grounded, but they are are doing "ungrounding" things.
Do you seek to change your life? Do you seek transformation? Do you seek answers to your problems?
This article is a precursor to my sharing of my profound journey which I believe is very similar to your own. You see people love their comfort zone. People do just enough to get by - to eat and enjoy basic survival. Think... "thank god it's Friday, and check out to rush home to do nothing."
I want to start by sharing my initial study of want/desire. Let's discuss manifestation.
Manifesting
Manifesting is the process of bringing your desires, goals, or dreams into reality through focused intention, belief, and aligned action.
It’s rooted in the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and energy create our experiences. When you align your mindset, emotions, and actions with what you want to achieve, you actively influence your life’s outcomes.
Here’s how to manifest effectively:
1. Clarify Your Desire: Be specific about what you want. Write it down, visualize it, and describe it in vivid detail. The clearer you are, the easier it is to focus on it.
2. Set an Intention: Commit to your desire fully. An intention is an empowered decision, a strong, clear message to yourself and the universe about your focus.
3. Raise Your Vibration: Align with the feeling of already having what you desire. Feel the joy, excitement, and gratitude you would feel if your goal were already achieved.
4. Take Inspired Action: Manifesting isn’t just about positive thinking; it’s about taking actions that move you closer to your goal. Follow your intuition to take steps that align with your vision.
5. Trust and Let Go: Release attachment to the outcome. Trust that it will come in its own time and form. Letting go of “how” and “when” reduces resistance and allows things to unfold naturally.
6. Practice Gratitude: Expressing gratitude for what you already have and for the future you’re creating helps maintain a positive vibration and keeps you focused on abundance.
Through these steps, you align your thoughts, emotions, and actions, creating a powerful synergy that helps your dreams and goals become reality.
Energy is the fundamental life force that flows through all things, including us. In terms of personal well-being, this energy can be understood as the emotional and mental states we embody and project. Everything in the universe is composed of energy, including our thoughts and emotions, which radiate energy at different frequencies or vibrations.
Vibration refers to the frequency at which this energy flows. Positive emotions like joy, love, gratitude, and peace have high vibrations, while emotions such as fear, anger, and jealousy have lower vibrations. The idea of raising your vibration is about consciously elevating your emotional and mental state to a higher frequency, aligning with emotions that foster peace, fulfillment, and happiness.
How to Raise Your Vibration
1. Practice Gratitude
Gratitude is one of the most effective ways to elevate your vibration. Regularly expressing thanks for the people, experiences, and even the small moments in your life keeps you in a state of appreciation. Keeping a gratitude journal or taking time each day to reflect on things you’re grateful for can shift your mindset into a higher vibration.
2. Engage in Positive Thinking
Your thoughts shape your reality. Shift negative thoughts into positive ones, especially in challenging situations. Practicing positive affirmations can also help redirect your focus to what’s good, supportive, and possible.
3. Focus on Breath and Meditation
Your breath is a powerful tool for grounding and elevating your energy. Meditation and deep breathing exercises calm your mind, helping you release stress and find clarity. By aligning with a calmer state of being, you naturally raise your vibrational frequency.
4. Spend Time in Nature
Nature is inherently high-vibrational and can profoundly affect our state of being. Walks in nature, breathing fresh air, and observing natural beauty allow us to reconnect and recharge. This helps in grounding and lifting our energy.
5. Fuel Your Body Well
The foods you eat also carry vibrational energy. Whole foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, and water are naturally high in vibration. Avoiding processed foods and choosing nutrient-rich options supports your body’s energy and keeps you feeling vibrant.
6. Engage in Acts of Kindness
Kindness, generosity, and compassion naturally elevate our state of being. Helping others, whether through a kind word, action, or support, shifts our focus away from self-centered concerns and opens up positive channels of energy.
7. Surround Yourself with Positivity
The people, environments, and activities we engage with impact our energy. Spending time with positive, like-minded individuals, listening to uplifting music, or engaging in creative activities can all contribute to a higher vibration.
8. Let Go of Negative Attachments
Release grudges, resentment, and old wounds. Holding onto past pain keeps us anchored to a lower frequency. Forgiving others and ourselves lightens our energy and releases us from negative emotional cycles.
By raising your vibration, you cultivate a more peaceful, joyful, and balanced life. This higher frequency doesn’t just enhance personal happiness; it can also influence your relationships, opportunities, and overall life experience, bringing you into alignment with a more fulfilling reality.
Energy & Source
When it comes to concepts like energy, vibration, and raising one’s vibrational frequency, many spiritual guides and enlightened figures across history, including Jesus and Buddha, point toward the importance of aligning with qualities like love, compassion, peace, and awareness. Each of these figures offers a path to higher consciousness through their teachings and life examples.
Here's how they might respond:
Jesus and Christ-Consciousness
In Christian mysticism, "Christ-Consciousness" refers to an awareness or state of being aligned with divine love, compassion, and unity with God. Jesus taught that “the kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21), encouraging a shift in focus inward, where one can access divine presence and live out of a state of love and alignment with one’s higher self.
Christ-Consciousness suggests rising above ego, separation, and judgment, instead embodying love, forgiveness, and connection to all beings. Jesus might say that raising one's vibration is about embracing love, compassion, and gratitude, freeing oneself from the burdens of judgment, fear, and attachment, and living in alignment with divine love.
Buddha and Awakening
Buddha taught the importance of “mindfulness” and “right intention,” concepts that align closely with the practice of raising one's energy and vibration. According to Buddhist teachings, attachment to desires and aversions often keeps us trapped in suffering.
Buddha’s teachings suggest that by letting go of attachments, cultivating compassion, and embracing a state of equanimity, we align with a higher vibration, leading to peace and enlightenment (Nirvana). Buddha might say that the path to a higher vibration is found in cultivating presence, compassion, and non-attachment, which helps transcend suffering and embrace a state of mindful love.
Other Spiritual Guides
Other teachers like Laozi (Taoism), Rumi (Sufism), and Paramahansa Yogananda (Kriya Yoga) similarly emphasize the importance of aligning with inner peace, love, and unity.
1. Laozi from Taoism speaks of finding harmony with the Tao (the Way), an underlying universal force. He suggests a life of simplicity, humility, and compassion, moving in alignment with the natural flow of energy.
2. Rumi and other Sufi mystics speak of divine love as the path to spiritual awakening. Rumi said, “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” This perspective invites us to see ourselves as part of a larger spiritual unity.
3. Paramahansa Yogananda spoke about the importance of raising one’s vibration through meditation, selfless love, and union with God (or a higher power). He believed that spiritual practices and a lifestyle grounded in love and service bring us closer to divine consciousness.
Common Themes
Across traditions, these spiritual teachers share a few core principles for raising one's vibration:
? Love and Compassion: Embracing unconditional love for oneself and others is seen as essential.
? Non-Attachment: Letting go of ego-driven desires, judgment, and expectations.
? Mindfulness and Inner Awareness: Being fully present in the moment, aligned with one’s higher self or inner truth.
? Service and Connection: Recognizing oneself in others and acting from a place of unity, service, and gratitude.
In summary, figures like Jesus, Buddha, and others might say that raising your vibration means aligning with love, presence, and the deeper, universal truths that connect us all. They’d encourage a shift from fear to love, from ego to unity, and from attachment to inner peace. Embracing these principles allows us to resonate at a higher frequency, drawing closer to our own true nature and to the divine.
Frequency and Vibration
The science around frequency and vibration of thoughts and emotions is both fascinating and well-documented. Research shows that different emotional states and thoughts indeed resonate at different frequencies, and these vibrations can significantly impact both mental and physical well-being. Here are some key findings and studies:
1. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness
Dr. David Hawkins, in his book Power vs. Force, introduced a "Map of Consciousness," which ranks various emotions and states of consciousness on a scale of vibrational frequency from 0 to 1,000. According to Hawkins:
? Lower Frequency Emotions like shame, guilt, and fear have a frequency below 200. These emotions are linked with contraction, powerlessness, and survival instincts. For example:
o Shame resonates at 20
o Guilt at 30
o Fear at 100
? Higher Frequency Emotions like love, peace, and joy vibrate above 200, leading to expansion, creativity, and self-empowerment.
o Love resonates at 500
o Joy at 540
o Peace at 600
Hawkins found that people whose general frequency is above 200 tend to experience life with more optimism, creativity, and resilience, while those vibrating below 200 may often feel stuck or hindered by negative cycles.
2. HeartMath Institute’s Research on Coherence
The HeartMath Institute has conducted studies on the connection between emotions and heart rhythm patterns. They have shown that:
? Positive emotions like love, compassion, and gratitude create a state known as "heart coherence," in which the heart rate pattern becomes harmonious and smooth, reflecting high-frequency, positive vibrations.
? Negative emotions like anger, frustration, or resentment create "incoherent" heart rhythms—erratic, disordered patterns that reflect lower frequencies and put stress on the body.
In their studies, they observed that practicing gratitude and love not only improves personal well-being but also influences others in close proximity, contributing to a collective positive field.
3. Masaru Emoto’s Water Experiments
Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water crystal experiments have become iconic in demonstrating how thoughts and emotions can affect physical matter:
? Emoto exposed water to positive words like "love" and "gratitude" and observed that it formed beautiful, symmetrical crystals when frozen.
? Conversely, water exposed to negative words like "hate" or "anger" produced disordered, fragmented crystals.
While Emoto's findings have sparked debate, they opened up the notion that vibrations of positive and negative intentions may have physical effects on our surroundings.
4. Joe Dispenza’s Studies on Brainwaves and Neuroplasticity
Dr. Joe Dispenza’s research into brainwave frequencies and emotional states supports the idea that higher-frequency brainwaves (like gamma waves, associated with states of joy, compassion, and inspiration) align with positive thinking and peak mental states:
? Dispenza found that practicing gratitude, visualization, and meditation can help shift brainwaves from lower frequencies (beta) associated with stress, to higher frequencies (gamma), promoting healing and cognitive clarity.
5. Vibrational Medicine and Energy Healing
Studies in energy healing modalities, like Reiki and sound healing, explore how high-vibration intentions and thought patterns can influence health. Practitioners claim that aligning with positive energy patterns raises the body’s vibrational frequency, leading to improved emotional states, cellular healing, and stress reduction.
Takeaways
Based on these studies:
? Positive thoughts and emotions like love, joy, gratitude, and compassion align with higher vibrational frequencies and have beneficial effects on health, mental well-being, and even physical surroundings.
? Negative thoughts and emotions such as shame, guilt, and anger are associated with lower frequencies and can impact both emotional resilience and physical health negatively.
By cultivating positive thoughts, practicing gratitude, and focusing on high-vibration states, individuals can raise their frequency, potentially leading to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
Energy and Vibrational Frequencies, all Living Things and Natural Objects
In the realm of energy and vibrational frequencies, all living things and natural objects emit specific frequencies, including plants, trees, rocks, and crystals. These natural elements each hold their unique energies, which can interact with and influence the human energy field.
Here’s an overview of the vibrational characteristics and benefits of these elements:
1. Plants and Trees
? High Vibrational Frequencies: Plants and trees, especially those that are well-nourished and healthy, tend to emit high frequencies. Studies show that plants resonate around 150-200 MHz, which is in the same range as higher-frequency human emotions.
? Healing Effects: The vibrational energy from plants, especially aromatic herbs like lavender, rosemary, and sage, can help reduce stress, improve mood, and foster relaxation. This is partly why we feel calmer in nature; trees and plants are believed to help realign and elevate our energetic field.
? Forest Bathing: The Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing” is based on this concept. It’s been found to reduce cortisol levels, lower blood pressure, and enhance mood, potentially due to the high-frequency resonance between humans and trees.
2. Crystals and Gemstones
? Stable Frequencies: Crystals are known for their stable, repetitive vibrational frequencies, which are determined by their geometric structure at the atomic level. For example, clear quartz resonates at a very stable frequency, which is why it’s used in watches and electronic equipment.
? Specific Energies for Each Crystal: Different types of crystals are believed to have specific energetic properties that interact with human energy:
o Clear Quartz: Known as an “amplifier” stone, it’s believed to amplify energy and thoughts, helping with clarity and focus.
o Amethyst: Often associated with spiritual growth and healing, thought to have a calming and centering vibration that encourages insight.
o Rose Quartz: Known as the stone of unconditional love, it is said to emit a gentle frequency that promotes self-love, compassion, and emotional healing.
? Piezoelectric Effect: Crystals like quartz also possess a unique property known as the piezoelectric effect. When pressure is applied, they emit a small electrical charge. This is one reason why they’re thought to affect energy fields, as they can hold and release energy under certain conditions.
3. Rocks and Minerals
? Grounding Frequencies: Rocks and minerals have dense, stabilizing energies that resonate with grounding frequencies. This is why rocks, especially grounding stones like hematite and black tourmaline, are often used to create a sense of stability and connection with the Earth.
? Ancient Vibrations: Rocks carry very low yet consistent frequencies. They hold the Earth's history and are believed to provide grounding energy, which can help anchor one’s personal energy and reduce feelings of anxiety.
? Supportive for Chakra Healing: Many minerals are used in energy work to balance chakras due to their specific mineral properties and vibrational resonance. For example, red jasper is used for the Root Chakra, and lapis lazuli for the Third Eye Chakra.
4. Water and Natural Bodies of Water
? High Receptivity and Memory: Water holds an especially unique vibration as it has been shown to be highly receptive to energy and intention, as demonstrated in Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiments.
? Purifying and Rejuvenating: Flowing water, such as streams and waterfalls, is often considered a natural purifier of negative energy. It resonates with a refreshing, high vibration that can cleanse and invigorate. This is why so many people feel renewed after spending time near water.
? Connection to Life Force: Water is said to resonate with the life force itself. It’s often used in energetic cleansing rituals due to its ability to absorb and release energies.
5. Soil and Earth
? Nurturing, Healing Energy: Soil, rich in minerals and life, provides a nurturing energy that is grounding and stabilizing. Gardening or interacting with soil can be a therapeutic activity that also absorbs stress.
? Electromagnetic Stability: The Earth’s surface emits a very low frequency, known as the Schumann Resonance (around 7.83 Hz), which is thought to stabilize our own biological rhythms and promote physical healing.
How These Elements Interact with Human Energy
These natural elements are often used to realign, cleanse, or elevate human energy due to their frequencies. For example:
? Crystals are worn or placed in living spaces to bring a desired energy frequency (e.g., calm from amethyst or love from rose quartz).
? Forest immersion or gardening offers grounding and balancing, as the high frequencies of trees and plants stabilize and harmonize our energy field.
? Walking barefoot on the Earth, known as “earthing,” has been shown to reduce inflammation and improve overall well-being by connecting directly to the Earth’s grounding frequency.
How to Use These Natural Frequencies to Enhance Your Vibration
1. Spend Time in Nature: Surround yourself with plants, trees, or natural bodies of water to harmonize with their higher frequencies.

2. Use Crystals Intentionally: Choose crystals based on their resonant frequencies that align with your goals—rose quartz for love, black tourmaline for grounding, etc.
3. Practice Earthing: Walk barefoot on the grass or soil to absorb the Earth’s stabilizing and grounding frequency.
4. Incorporate Water Rituals: Take regular baths with intention, spend time by the ocean, or use fresh water in cleansing rituals to reset your energy.
All these elements—plants, crystals, rocks, and water—carry distinct vibrations that can benefit human energy by stabilizing, cleansing, or enhancing it. By consciously engaging with these high-frequency, natural elements, you can align yourself with a more balanced and harmonious state of being, raising your personal vibration for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Measuring Frequency
While formal scientific studies specifically measuring the "frequency" of crystals and stones in the same sense as biological or electronic frequencies are limited, research has explored related fields that highlight the unique energetic properties of crystals. Here are a few areas and types of studies that offer insights into the ways crystals might interact with energy:
1. Piezoelectric and Pyroelectric Properties
? Study Context: Quartz crystals, tourmaline, and other certain stones exhibit piezoelectricity (the ability to generate an electric charge when pressure is applied) and pyroelectricity (ability to generate an electric charge in response to temperature changes).
? Application & Research: Piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties of crystals are widely studied, especially in electronics and material sciences. The IEEE publishes research regularly on the unique electromagnetic properties of quartz and other piezoelectric crystals, such as in applications for precise time-keeping (in quartz watches), ultrasound equipment, and more.
? How This Relates to Frequency: These properties demonstrate that crystals like quartz can hold and emit a consistent, measurable electric charge when stimulated, providing a form of vibrational stability and reliability, which practitioners often associate with “frequency.”
2. Biophotonic Research on Crystals
? Dr. Konstantin Korotkov: Known for his work in biophotonics and energy fields, Dr. Korotkov conducted studies using Gas Discharge Visualization (GDV), which measures the energy fields around people and objects, including crystals. While his work doesn’t measure "frequency" per se, it does document that certain stones, like quartz, emit specific energetic signatures that vary from other materials.
? Findings: Korotkov’s research showed that crystals can influence the energy field of the person holding them, suggesting a possible bioenergetic effect that may align with certain frequencies or resonate with the holder's energy field.
3. Research on Water Memory and Crystal Structure
? Dr. Masaru Emoto's Experiments with Water Crystals: While Emoto’s work primarily focused on water, his experiments suggested that the molecular structure of water could be influenced by thoughts, words, and intentions. Some proponents suggest that similarly, the structured lattice of crystals may store or emit frequencies in response to certain stimuli.
? Relevance: This doesn’t directly measure crystal frequency, but it supports the idea that structured materials (like crystals) may have an influence on energy or vibrational resonance. Though widely debated, Emoto's work remains popular among those interested in vibrational medicine and is often associated with crystals' purported energetic properties.
4. Electromagnetic Resonance in Crystals
? Crystal Oscillators in Technology: Crystals like quartz are used in electronic devices as oscillators due to their precise and stable vibration frequency when electric current is applied. This is grounded in electromagnetic resonance principles—quartz vibrates at an exact frequency, making it ideal for clocks, radios, and computers.
? Study Examples: Many studies in materials science and electronics detail how quartz and similar crystals can vibrate consistently when exposed to an electrical field. Although this is in a controlled, engineered setting, it showcases the concept of resonance and frequency as inherent to certain crystals.
5. Therapeutic Research on Far-Infrared Emission in Stones
? Research on Tourmaline: Stones like tourmaline have been studied for their ability to emit far-infrared radiation (FIR), which is believed to benefit health by improving blood circulation and cell function.
? Studies in Medicine: Research published in journals like In Vivo has investigated the biological effects of tourmaline and other FIR-emitting stones, finding benefits in areas like cellular repair and energy enhancement. The ability to emit FIR radiation indicates that these stones release a certain vibrational energy that interacts with biological tissues, though not necessarily a frequency in the way commonly discussed with crystals.
6. Human Energy Field Studies in Crystal Therapy
? Biofield Research in Healing Touch Therapy: Some studies in biofield research investigate how crystal healing affects the human energy field. Although more qualitative and exploratory, researchers have reported changes in individuals' biofield or energy states following sessions with specific crystals. Publications like the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine have featured studies exploring the subtle effects of crystal therapy.
? Outcome Observations: Reports from these studies are often based on subjective measures, like self-reported reductions in stress or increases in well-being, which proponents link to changes in personal vibrational frequency facilitated by crystals.
7. Resonance and Crystal Structure Studies
? Molecular Lattice Research: Studies in materials science examine how different crystal structures impact their stability, resonance, and durability. Silicon Dioxide (Quartz) is a frequently studied crystal structure due to its symmetric and stable molecular arrangement, which allows for a consistent vibration that is observable and measurable in controlled settings.
? Implications for Frequency Work: These studies are not typically focused on metaphysical claims but support the idea that specific molecular arrangements in crystals create stable patterns, leading to consistent energetic vibrations.
Although scientific research directly linking crystals to specific "healing frequencies" is limited, studies in fields like piezoelectricity, biofield science, FIR emission, and molecular resonance provide insights into the unique properties of crystals that support their purported vibrational effects. While more research is needed to explore the metaphysical implications, these studies suggest that crystals can influence energy fields and maintain stable, measurable vibrations when under certain conditions.
Direct Effects on the Body
While the concept of specific frequencies tied to each crystal is mostly metaphysical rather than scientifically quantified for direct effects on the body, here is a list of crystals commonly associated with particular types of resonant energy and the effects they are believed to have on human well-being:
1. Quartz (Clear Quartz)
? Frequency Range: 32,768 Hz, commonly used as a frequency stabilizer in technology.
? Believed Effect: Known as the “master healer,” quartz is thought to amplify energy, bring clarity, and harmonize all chakras. It’s often used to clear energy blockages and enhance mental clarity.
2. Amethyst
? Frequency Association: Thought to resonate at higher spiritual frequencies around 528 Hz, often referred to as the “miracle frequency.”
? Believed Effect: Associated with calming the mind, easing stress, and enhancing intuition. Amethyst is said to assist with emotional balance, protection, and connecting with higher consciousness.
3. Rose Quartz
? Frequency Association: Often associated with the heart chakra resonance frequency around 432 Hz, which is thought to promote peace and love.

? Believed Effect: Known for its mystical properties, labradorite is believed to enhance psychic abilities, boost intuition, and protect one’s energy field.
While the frequencies tied to these crystals are often metaphoric rather than exact scientific measures, the crystals themselves are thought to resonate with certain energetic states and may influence the human body by balancing chakras or enhancing emotional states.
Crystals in healing practices are generally regarded for their symbolic associations, and while their physical effects are not yet scientifically quantified, many believe in their benefits as energy amplifiers, protectors, and emotional stabilizers.
Beyond the Physical and Measurable
In the context of crystals and vibrational healing, metaphysical refers to aspects of reality and experience that go beyond the physical and measurable, often involving ideas related to energy, spirituality, consciousness, and the nature of existence.
Metaphysical properties attributed to crystals include their supposed influence on emotions, mental states, and spiritual energies, even if these effects aren’t scientifically measurable or visible in the physical world.
In essence, metaphysical interpretations rely on intuition, symbolic meaning, and traditional beliefs rather than empirical science. For instance:
? Metaphysical Healing: Crystals are believed to affect energy centers or "chakras" in the body, helping to restore balance or clear blockages.
? Energetic Resonance: Each crystal is thought to have its own "energy signature" or vibration that interacts with a person's energy field to bring about specific states, like calm, protection, or insight.
? Symbolic Association: Specific stones are associated with qualities like love (rose quartz) or protection (black tourmaline) due to historical or cultural beliefs rather than physical properties.
In short, metaphysical properties refer to qualities ascribed to the crystals that are rooted in spiritual or symbolic beliefs rather than scientific validation.
Higher Self/Higher Awareness
Many people believe that the miracles Jesus performed can be understood through the lens of Christ Consciousness, a state of heightened spiritual awareness and alignment with divine energy or the "Source."
This perspective suggests that Jesus was operating beyond ordinary physical laws, accessing a deeper metaphysical or spiritual energy. When viewed this way, his miracles could be seen as a manifestation of his ability to channel pure, high-frequency energy—the energy of unconditional love, compassion, and unity with the divine.
In this context, Christ Consciousness might represent:
1. Alignment with Divine Energy: Jesus is thought to have reached a state of oneness with God or the "Source," allowing him to channel energy that resonates at the highest possible vibration: pure love and healing. This vibration could harmonize with and transform physical reality, leading to physical healings, material transformations, and profound spiritual awakenings in those around him.
2. Metaphysical Understanding of Reality: Jesus’s understanding and embodiment of spiritual truths may have given him insight into the nature of energy and consciousness. By accessing this wisdom, he would have known how to transcend typical physical limitations—what we call miracles might be natural outcomes of operating in alignment with the laws of a higher, spiritual dimension.
3. Resonance and Faith: Jesus often emphasized the importance of faith, which may be understood as a way to align oneself with this high-frequency energy. In a way, he was inviting others to resonate with his state of belief, openness, and alignment, which allowed them to access healing and transformation through their own faith.
4. Compassion as Transformative Power: Christ Consciousness is often associated with compassion, forgiveness, and love. This high-frequency energy is thought to dissolve lower vibrations of fear, illness, and separation. Jesus’s miracles, then, may have been the effect of transmitting love’s high vibrational energy, which can heal and transform, similar to what many believe happens in energy or vibrational healing practices.
Therefore, in this understanding, Jesus’s miracles could be considered metaphysical and rooted in the spiritual realm. They reveal the idea that someone in complete alignment with divine energy can operate beyond physical limitations, transforming the material world through the power of unconditional love and high-frequency spiritual energy.
Here is a selection of key verses from the New Revised Standard Version (NRSV) Bible that reflect Jesus’s teachings on faith, inner transformation, higher consciousness, and the Kingdom of God within us:
