Are You Looking for Recruiters to Help You Source Candidates?

On occasion, I speak with other independent recruiters who have more job orders than they can fill or have some they can’t fill. Rather than lose those potential placement fees I recommend split fee agreements and I do them myself. But the entire process of working out the agreement and seeing if the two parties work together takes time and it’s often not a win win.

The solution for me was finding a collaborative recruiting marketplace where I have access to over 60 independent recruiters who are interested in helping. We share one agreement between us so no need for repetitive negotiations. Some of the recruiters weren’t a match but a large number were. I now have an average of 20 recruiters helping me to source and present candidates. I am making many more placements.
