Secondly, check the aluminum: ultra-thin aluminum is easy to deform. In the selection of aluminum for led linear lamps, regular led linear lamp manufacturers will first consider the heat dissipation performance. Do you think the thicker the aluminum, the better? Actually, the thicker the foundation of your makeup, the better? Definitely not. If you want aluminum to be difficult to deform and have good heat dissipation, you must choose a moderate thickness. It can’t be said that the thicker the aluminum, the better. In addition, if the thinner aluminum of the led linear light ,the better the heat dissipation? NO! The thinner aluminum material, the better the heat dissipation, and it is easy to squeeze and deform during installation, so cut corners must be avoided! In addition, it is a matter of cost performance. If you want a high cost performance, manufacturers must use materials that are well controlled.
Thirdly, check the waterproof plug, which directly determines whether the LED engineering linear lamp can work normally. With the expansion of the market scale of China's LED engineering linear lamp in recent years, the competition between the industries is becoming increasingly fierce. Capital, they cut corners, such as making hands and feet on the waterproof plug, so to choose a good led engineering line light, you also need to look at the quality of the waterproof plug.
