1. Product Manager:

• Should create a product roadmap for various products
• Should create and enforce timelines for development of products from inception to commercialization.
• Should ensure any requests to deviate from agreed concepts at a project level do not negatively impact the integrity of the defined principles
• Should implement a culture of cost management within the team, working towards a long-term vision of implementing a top-down costing methodology, when the product concept and processes are mature.

2. Software Architect:

• Should have prior experience in architecting software solutions from grounds up
• Should have expertise in hosting platforms in the cloud (serverless architectures, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Should be highly skilled in Django & Python framework, REST APIs and React.js frontend and possess ability to develop a unified vision for software characteristics and functions.

3. Software Developer – Frontend

• 2 to 4 years of experience in frontend development with expertise in HTML, CSS, javascript and writing cross-browser compatible code
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows and Redux state management tools and familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts

4. Software Developer – Backend

• 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development using python
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI or other Python frameworks
• Ability to design and develop REST-style microservices & should have experience in Postgres/MySQL and NoSQL like Dynamodb, Mongo with good programming knowledge in Django
• Experience designing and developing applications on Amazon Web Services (ELB, EC2, RDS, Lambda Functions, Serverless repository)

5. Field Engineer – Monitoring:

• Should make plans using detailed drawings.
• Should prepare estimates and budgets.
• Should be creating accurate project specifications.
• Should be designing engineering experiments.
• Should be creating technical reports for customers.
• Should be completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

6. Program Manager:

• Daily program management throughout the action items’ life cycle
• Provide data-driven analysis and insights to facilitate executive decision support
• Program-manage key initiatives and organize periodic reviews and assessment
• Manage and drive all leadership meetings along with clear agenda
• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Report on program performance to the executive team
