Are YOU Living Authentically?

Are YOU Living Authentically?

The funny thing about being on a spiritual path is that you never ARRIVE. Meaning, we think we'll finally learn all the lessons we need to learn and life will finally get settled one day.

The lesson IS the journey, I'm learning.

While I started focusing on solo women who wanted to transform their lives by moving abroad, I realized that many women aren't ready for this major step. Many don't need to move abroad to feel fulfilled and like they're living an authentic life.

Living authentically...that phrase has been turning over in my head for the past few weeks.

What does it bring up for you?

Living Authentically Looks Different for Each of Us

As you know if you've been reading my blog, I found my authentic life by letting go of everything I knew in San Diego and moving to the south of Italy.

I made this decision 100% on my own.

It was the first time in my entire LIFE that I decided where I wanted to live. My parents had, of course, called the shots when I was growing up, and then my ex-husband decided to move us to Florida and then to California.

But this decision? It was mine and mine alone. It felt really good.

Also terrifying. But I never wavered from my decision because I knew in my soul that living in Italy would be my version of living authentically.

Yours may not be such a drastic move. It might be to start a business. Or get back to a creative practice you abandoned decades ago when you focused instead on being a wife and mother.

Whatever your version of living authentically is, I want you to know that you completely deserve for it to be your reality.

And no matter how big your dream is, you 10000% can make it come true. I'm living proof!
