Are You Leading from Contracted or Expansive Energy?

One of the biggest questions I hear from our clients and members in our Positive Energy Workplace Initiative? community is:

"How do I shift my energy authentically — especially when things are tough, there is tension on our team, or I'm just having an off day?"

When learning and practicing the IEP Method?, it becomes clear that forcing positivity is inauthentic, ineffective, and exhausting —?especially as you build a greater awareness of your energy and the dynamics of your team and organizational culture.

This awareness alone is GOLD.

Over the past 22 years working with organizations and building the IEP Method? (Intentional Energetic Presence?), we've found that it's unsustainable when leaders are navigating relational dynamics by avoiding real conversations, attempting forced positivity and inauthentic energy, and attempting to bypass deeper truths and "energetic states" with "whack-a-mole" solutions.

Forced and/or inauthentic positivity will create mistrust and long-term damage for organizational culture...

Authentic, intentional, responsive energy will create expansive thinking and solutions, genuine sustainable positivity, safe space for "the gritty," and ultimately, more inspiring leadership and collaborative relationships.

Bottom line? If you're ready to start paying attention to the energy of your organization and leadership and the impact it's having on your culture and performance (which, lovely, please do because it's there whether you acknowledge it or not), consider this an invitation to ensure you do it successfully and utilize a proven, inside-out approach.
