You just cant keep running faster.......

You just cant keep running faster.......

In the current economic climate all organisations are facing a major productivity and performance challenge.

Cost base rising, supply chains broken, lead times extended, staffing issues, retention issues, motivation issues, health and well being issues. Add into the mix a European war, the continuation of Covid and the on going challenge of Brexit, you could argue times are tough. You can't just keep running faster to try and get more done. If this was a hand in a game of cards, my bet is you would fold.

So we have to look for solutions, that's what leaders do, we don't fold.

Here's a thought. If every member of your organisation became just a little bit more productive, starting with you, how would that impact on you business?

Here's just a few examples of what we call The Slight Edge

  1. If you spent 30 more minutes every day on your high pay off activities, the things you do that get results, what would that be worth to you, your business and it's people?
  2. If you reduced the time of every meeting you attended by 5 minutes how much time would you save?
  3. If you reduced the time of every phone conversation by just 1 minute how much time could be spent on something more worthy?
  4. If you could reduce the number of interruptions each day by 10% how much more focused time would you have to work on your goals?
  5. If you delegated just one task, not worth your time, to someone more suitable, how would you benefit? How would they benefit?
  6. If you could train one member of your team to do something only you can do right now, how would they benefit and how much time would that save you?
  7. If you could spend more time planning and scheduling your days around your high pay off activities, your goals and those imperative tasks what would the overall impact be to you, your business and your team?

That's all well and good but how???
