A recent article in The Conversation asserts Australia’s Great Resignation is a Myth and yet, anecdotally I’m hearing from multiple people in the HR and Coaching space that it’s already here.?
Results from a poll I conducted on LinkedIn confirm my suspicions. It’s not a lack of flexibility or even low wages but poor leadership that is making people consider leaving their jobs. It's hardly surprising given recent research that confirmed Australian office workers are the most burnt out in the world.?
