You are Invited to the State of the Market

Helping real estate agents build business with branding and coaching. President of The Lones Group
Today, I want to invite you to my State of the Market coming up at this January 26th at the Real Estate Success Summit. It is so important—especially this year—to know what's been going on and what's happening right now in the market. There are changes coming in the new year. There are trends that started because of Covid. Bottom line: the market in 2021 is going to be very different.
You need to understand what the changes, challenges, and potential problems are. For example, how will forbearance paybacks affect your clients? What's going on with new construction? What about upcoming changes and new laws regarding building codes?
The State of the Market isn't just a day for you to just touch-base with what's going on in real estate. It's a day for you to learn how to take this information and make it really valid for your clients.
One of the most important topics at this year's State of the Market will be how Covid has impacted and changed our urban and suburban markets forever. We are not in the market we were last year, two years ago, or five years ago. There are also local, regional, and national issues that will impact your buyers and sellers.
I encourage you to join me at the State of the Market. Come with an open mind because this year is going to be really enlightening. This is your official invitation—please come along and I hope to see you there.
