2023 is here! My goal this year is to kick my #ESG #sustainability knowledge up a notch and I’d like to invite you to join me. I’m going to spend two lunch breaks per month hosting “the Fossil Net-Zero Salon,” 45-minute conversations on man-made climate change.

Fossil or Net-Zero future?

There are so many climate “experts” in our news feeds with often conflicting facts and they use a variety of often emotional words and sentiments. It’s hard to know who or what to believe. I’m going to spend this year reading with a critical eye and applying sound reasoning to the data behind the rhetoric.

As Alex Epstein says in his book, “An enormous aid to understanding the range of positions, as well as to assessing which ones are most likely to be right, is exposing ourselves to as much debate as possible among the different positions.”
