Amazon Interview Steps :

• Step 1 - First phone interview (45 minutes, behavioral questions) conducted by a member of the team
• Step 2 – Second phone interview (45 minutes, behavioral questions and perhaps case study questions) conducted by the HM
• Step 3 – Onsite interview (4-45 minute in person interviews, behavioral questions and case study questions) conducted by the HM and team members
• Step 4 - Follow up from the onsite outcome (I’ll call you and let you know if we’d like to extend an offer or not)
