Let's talk about achieving results.
Get ready…? this could get a little sticky and uncomfortable.
You sign for a coaching program because you want a certain transformation to achieve specific results. The desired result changes based on the program:
You sign up with the best of intentions. At the start, it's fresh and exciting, and you feel alive as you begin to learn and make #powermoves towards your desired outcome.
You show up, you commit to actions, you follow through, and then life happens. A kid gets sick, a client has an emergency, you finally eat the cake, you break your toe, your computer fizzles, it's Thursday...
Your priorities shift. You still want the desired result - but it feels harder to do the work.
So you…?
… and then you don't achieve the desired result.
And - Here's where things might get a bit uncomfortable.
This is where you have to decide if you are interested in achieving a result, OR you are committed to achieving the result.

Life is going to happen - Every. Single. Day.
When you are undergoing transformation to achieve a result (implementing new habits, being a CEO, making bold moves, actively choosing different states of consciousness) there will be every reason presented to you why you can't continue.
?? Those that are interested in the result??
They will slowly start to return to old habits, old strategies, old decisions, and old states of consciousness because... it's more comfortable. It feels easier.
Often those clients will blame the coach, the program, the illness, the news headlines, the wind... they will blame anything and everything for them not achieving the results. Their excuses and reasons are masked as facts in their mind.
?? Those that are committed to the result?
And so - which result are you working towards?
Are you interested in the result or committed to the result?
