Are You Influencing Enough ? ...The Effective Process

The principles of influence can be so powerful in causing the change in human’s life that we have to consider our ethical responsibilities in the process.?

In your process of influencing someone, always be sure to influence the way that ensures that you have not damaged your ability to influence that person in future.?

In simple words, the person must benefit from the change you have created in their mind or life.?

Some universal principles of influence-?

1-Reciprocation -- This Is the process when people give back the kind of treatment that they have received from you. Talk about Christmas Gifts. How often do you feel compelled to purchase one return gift? Almost every time….right??

Human brains & upbringing are trained to live a debt-free life. So when we receive something, we always try to give back something...at least a good word, love, affection & so on...It’s a sense of relief & pleasure.?

2-Scarcity- People will try to seize the opportunity if they sense it’s now or never. Scarcity can be of

  • Time ( Limited time offer)
  • Space ( Limited seats)
  • Quantity ( Limited stock)
  • Bonus ( Exclusive bonus for first 100 people)
  • High value ( Not for everyone )
  • Offer ( Special price)

3-Authority - Here’s come personal branding. Your name speaks about you. People get persuaded when they see you have knowledge & credibility on that particular topic or sector.?

4- Commitment- if someone is committed, they will do it. Get a public commitment. When commitment is open & public you get the deal.?Public Commitment is undeniable.

5- Real proof- Why will people trust you? Have you done something to create that trust? People like to look to others to determine their course of action. That’s why testimonials & social proofs typically create a much powerful impact on people’s minds.?

Influencing people is art with scientific emotional logic. Putting right words with proper logic & emotions change the way people respond to you...and you WIN?

That’s what matters. Isn’t it?
