What happens when you can be fully yourself with others?
Without being at home in your body, you aren’t able to hold space for others in a way that feels safe and free.
You are safe to be vulnerable.
You are open to receiving.
You are free to live and share your truth.
You dare go after what you want in life.?
Not being fully yourself with others can mean there is either no room for you to show up safely and be received as you are or something in you that hasn’t been addressed and processed. It can bring you to the edge of something you have not met fully inside you yet.
This is an invitation to heal the places in you that are not used to being received fully.
So, what happens when you meet an edge inside you that you have not yet met before in relation to the person in front of you??
We don’t think about it this way. We typically go into fixing others mode.?

But what happens when we ask ourselves, “What happens in me when I cannot be with something in you?”
We become capable of?being with the truth of others without?needing to fix or make them wrong.
Landing into the truth with others often isn’t pretty. It can feel messy and hard.
We fear hurting others, so we hide our truth. We fear getting hurt ourselves, so we close ourselves off from showing our truth. We blame others for how we feel and go into fixing mode.
In truth comes the opportunity to truly drop in and profoundly relate to another person. To build a deep connection based on acceptance and trust.
But we normally don't know how to do it, which keeps us stuck in a pattern of resentment, judgment, and isolation.?
That’s why getting support from an outside source, like?coaching, is so valuable.
Not only can you practice showing up fully as yourself to others, you can also learn how to do this for others.?
What a gift to give yourself and others—the ability to be fully yourself in any situation and allow them to do the same.?
Trust in your self-love that whether the other person can fully receive you or not, you are great just the way you are.
