It's not always easy being the hero in your own story.
Just pause for a minute and think about the plot in a blockbuster movie, an adventure where the hero has an impossible challenge and needs help from people that he doesn't even know yet.
(this article was inspired by a post I read earlier this week by Colin Mobey)
In the Marvel world, Nick Fury assembles a unique team of superheroes with a range of superpowers to tackle the biggest threat to earth ever. It's not easy (understatement) they don't all want to take part to begin with, they don't even understand their own superpowers, or in some cases like each other.
Nick has to nurture them, bring them together, build a strong relationship with them and show them how they can all make a difference. They make sacrifices along the way, they support each other, and in return they defeat the enemy. The sense of achievement is out of this world, the rewards are huge.
You are the hero in your journey, and you can assemble your own Avengers team to get what you want.
Just imagine having a team of people who support you in your goals, and you help them in achieving theirs.

In order to get the introductions you want, let me help you to build a team of people who don't even know each other, they might not even know you yet. You share with them the journey that you're going on, the adventure, and the rewards that are ahead.
As you start the journey you begin to recruit the team and teach them what lies in front and how they can contribute, as well as the prize thats in store for them. It's hard at first when you are on your own, but luckily you have a guide to help you.
Your guide has built a team like this before, they know what you need to do in order to succeed on your adventure and they know the type of people you will need in your team (even when you have no idea).
You might struggle to see why people would want to join your team, or where you can even find them, but the guide has a plan, a strategy to help you to get what you want.
There are times in the story when the hero feels like quitting, which as you know is usually just before the breakthrough. The journey is exciting as you build an amazing team, you learn new skills and reap the benefits of having a team supporting you.
If you've got this far, you know that you're ready for more adventure, that you need to build your team to get the business you deserve.
Let me guide you through the journey, and have more fun along the way, message me to find out more.
