We’ve highlighted the difficulties faced by Diversity Champions this year, but we’ve also been measuring the ever-changing economy, employment laws and social cultures and now, we’re pretty confident that these difficulties will be replaced with urgency to re-invest, deploying resources and bringing DE&I back into the boardroom agenda.

Why?

It’s good business. Inclusive diversity = growth = profit.

But also…Law

This year, new employment laws worldwide are set to bolster diversity and inclusion.

The UK mandates gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.

California's SB 973 requires companies to submit pay data by race, ethnicity, and gender.

Australia's Workplace Gender Equality Amendment demands comprehensive gender equality strategies.

Canada's Bill C-65 strengthens workplace harassment and violence protections, emphasizing safe, inclusive environments.
