This strategy is not a panacea for every business. Rather, it's a set of practices that enable you to get the most out of your company's knowledge and expertise. When implemented properly, the Five Cs of Knowledge Management can transform the way you work. They can inspire innovation and collaboration, empower teams and help them achieve their goals. Knowledge management can also increase connectivity between internal and external personnel and leverage the intellectual capital of your workforce.
The book's approach to knowledge management focuses on the Five Cs, or components, that are essential to knowledge management.
The five Cs stand for capture, curate, connect, collaborate, and create.
They are presented with examples and provide a new way to think about content and products. The Five Cs are a key element of knowledge management, whether it is in a special library or an information center. These principles are also useful for the parent organization.

It's a critical part of business success.
