You Have To Think Different

I came across Jon Tellis, CPA, CA bio on Twitter this morning and this really resonated -
"We help clients embrace disruptive technology to improve the quality of their lives by looking forwards, not backwards."
It made me think of "boring accounting" in a completely new light. But, I also realized this is exactly what we strive to do every day.
More and more businesses are recognizing the value of adopting an integrated (RevOps) strategy to bridge the gaps between marketing, sales, customer success, and operations teams and technology to maximize communication, co-operation that directly translates to the bottom line.
Enlisting everyone in an integrated approach to realize common goals is the formula for success.
Unfortunately, this has been made more and more difficult with the rise of the popularity of single purpose "we do one thing really well" apps bolted together in specialized tech stacks that have to be connected by pricey Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to synch customer data.
Different apps use different terms so language barriers are created further siloing marketing, sales, and customer success teams...to the detriment of the customer and the bottom line.
A single source of truth for customer data is the holy grail.
We already know this but persist in choosing the same tech and building tech and human silos because ... why?!
Remember when Steve Jobs exhorted us to "Think different"?
At Venntive, we took that advice to heart.
