One thing which we are pretty good at CR is partying.  We believe in it.  We embrace it.  It is important.

Two weeks ago we had our annual Christmas Party at the Intersection in Grand Rapids.  Our theme was to come dressed as your favorite decade.  The band, Verve Pipe, was there to help us make the most of it.

It is great getting people out of the office to just have fun.  Conversations are had.  Bonds are born.  And memories are made.  

It is an investment in our people and worth every penny.  If your not spending time thinking about what makes a great party/celebration for your team you are missing out on one of the great ways to honor your team.  It is worth it.  It is fun.  And your team will be better for it.
