The human race keeps growing larger with each passing day with dissimilar people that have diverse religious, cultural, and vastly different beliefs. However, since the inception of mankind – humans have for the most part resented each other for various reasons.
In this world, when a person is being born, he or she has no formal or conscious knowledge of the society they are being born into. Yet, bit by bit they begin to grow into the environment.
The person also continues their development by crawling and teething. Then a person begins to learn the basics of their society by babbling and gurgling the language, of the society they are born into. The person also starts to discover how to take their first faltering steps through watching other people do the same.
Growing up, the person continues to learn the culture and belief systems that they were born into. And these beliefs shape their opinions about whom they will become in the future. Whatever they are being taught while growing up will determine how they would treat or care for their fellow human beings.
If they were being trained and brought up with all tenderness and kindness, he or she would care for their family, friends, and people close to them in the same way. On the contrary, if a person is being handled with the hands of brutality and wickedness of the highest order. There is a huge chance that he or she would do the same to every person they come in contact with. This then, begins the cycle of violence and trouble, in our society.
Subsequently, a human who wasn’t taught to help others or if they didn’t learn to by themselves would then begin to look for the downfall of others. A human being with a treacherous heart betrays their trusted family, friends and colleagues just because he or she cares less about them or they don’t mean anything to them.
A human being living in our society which is capable of assisting a poor man or woman who needs shelter or a roof over their head, which shields a person from the harsh sun and the cold wind would refuse to do that.
Humanity is respecting other people no matter their status in the society. It is lifting up other people’s self-esteem when they feel they are not worth a thing. It is empowering young people to grow higher and better to make a huge impact that can never be forgotten in our society.
Humankind is about building bonds and showing love to other people who co-exist in the community. It is all about living in peace and harmony without having to fear the wrong other people living in the society might be planning.
Humanity is a very important aspect of life; it is giving, helping others who are in need despite their culture, belief, race, and religion. It is the best gift to mankind but if a human being in our society refuses to do all of these because of someone else’s culture, beliefs, religion, well that person has torn apart the human society, and the entire human race is at risk of losing its whole essence.
Having said all of this, every human being living on this place called Earth; has a part to play in making our society a peaceable and dignified place to live in.
