Do you know what “Women in Digital” is and what they actually work on?

?“Women in Digital” is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to solve problems and create a better future for all. ”Women in Digital” a platform that basically helps girls to acquire skills through various trainings or courses and helps them to become financially independent. Usually “Women in Digital” sustain through software development.

Women in Digital" works on,

1. Software Development.
2. Training on various courses.
3. Community Development.
4. Women in Cyber Secuirity.
5. Women in E-commerce.
6. Women in Agriculture.

When we want to enter the technology field from different fields, the first question that comes to our mind is, "Can I make a good position here?"

In this case our speaker says, ” Technology is very interesting. Anyone can learn it anytime. But before doing anything we should think about where we want to see ourselves? Technology is a big place. And before working in this sector we have to decide what we want to work on.

For example, a student studying accounting wants to become an accountant. Now if she can learn these related tech tools, then only through work she can become skilled and do something good here. And if she wants to become a programmer or any other skill rather than an accountant, that is also possible nowadays.”

Now is not the time to get depressed thinking that you can't work in the tech field because it's a different department. If you want, with your time and dedication you can master any task and do well. Because “the whole world is now in the hands of technology. Without which the world is now stagnant."

“If you want something big, first set the target. Then grow accordingly.”

As a girl, what should be the goal of the entrepreneur's journey?

• First you have to set the mind, you want to be a businesswoman.
• You have to decide what kind of business you want to do.

“Market research is most important before doing business.”

• You need to know, “How to Manage Business.”
• Within a certain period of time, set some goals about exactly where you want your business to be, and work towards that goal.
• The next step would be, If you want to earn money or dollars, your work must be of quality.

Why do most people give up after starting a business with many plans?

Following the startup trend around the world, many start businesses today and get some accolades in return. But they cannot go very far due to lack of proper business model, planning & dedication. As a result, they have to stop at some point.

How can girls increase networking on the way to becoming entrepreneurs?

We have to join various programs to increase networking. In that case, we have to choose first, which programs are actually suitable for our work. Then by joining those programs, we can increase our networking by publishing our work and communicating with related people.

“Choose someone as a mentor who does not think of you as a competitor.”

What are the challenges between regular business and entrepreneurship?

Regular business requires innovation. Suppose you have a grocery store in your area. But there are many more such grocery stores in that area. Why do people buy from your store instead of buying from other stores? Here you have to attract people with something innovative.

And in the case of entrepreneurship, you have to identify first, why did you take the initiative? And how sustainable is it? How much impact will it have for your life, society and country? Because when you identify yourself as an entrepreneur, many responsibilities will fall on you. And that's what you need to focus on.
