Happiness is not dependent on external factors, such as money, success, or relationships. Happiness is an internal state of mind that you can cultivate and nurture.
Why should you choose to be happy?? Because happiness has many benefits for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. From boosting your immune system to lowering your blood pressure. It can also improve your cognitive abilities, such as memory, creativity, and problem-solving. Happiness can enhance your mood, motivation, and resilience as well as make you more compassionate, generous, and altruistic.
