When asked why they are stressed, these are typical responses, "There is no one else who can comprehend what I'm going through. My life's circumstances are far more complex, which makes it difficult for me to be joyful."??That, in actuality, is really an attempt to rationalize our concerns. Let's examine reality. Having problems elicits empathy, and empathy leads to serenity. A pleasant life is obstructed by such serenity. inside ?Despite what they say, happiness isn't something that can be achieved every day. It's clear that we possess moods as we are human. Despite overwhelming issues, we still need to live largely joyful lives. Is it, however, really so simple??In five points influenced by the legends, let's try to find out.
1. Big Problem vs. Small Problem
Famous American author and psychotherapist Virginia Satir said, "Our biggest problem as human beings is not knowing what we don't know."?Deep down we are always self-centered, even though we live in society. It is human nature to take our difficulties as serious problems. Even when we witness other people's difficulties, we realize that we don't have to face them. Realizing that there are bigger problems in the world is the essential first step toward happiness. Once we accept this, we can be inspired to address our own concerns, because we now know that there are bigger problems than our own. Although it won't happen instantaneously, a clear path will be revealed.
2. Realize and see ahead
In his book 'Dare: The New Way to End Anxiety and Stop Panic Attacks', Barry McDonagh tells a short story about a man who felled trees and burned them for charcoal. He sold charcoal for a living. Once, it rained, so he couldn't burn wood to make charcoal. To earn money, he decided to sell logs that day. To his surprise, people paid a much higher price for these logs. This wood was sandalwood, about which the charcoal seller knew nothing. In Barry McDonaghand's story, he becomes depressed after losing a great opportunity to make money all those years burning sandalwood for charcoal. We must learn from this story what happened in history. The charcoal seller would be more satisfied because now he has the opportunity to sell the remaining sandalwood available in the jungle. Instead of getting depressed about what we have already missed, you can relax about what we are now aware of to make our lives happy.
3.?Don't live in?Denial
Success or happiness cannot be achieved without problems. Being a survivor is the only way to achieve our goals. So the most important thing to do to be happy is to accept our problems. Accept them as they are. When we accept the situation and its seriousness, our mind naturally puts aside thoughts of sadness and begins to deal with the situation. The Persian poet Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Rumi says, "Cracks in the wall are necessary for light in dark places." The message is simple. Cracks in the walls are our problems that hinder our lives in the form of a wall. At the same time, light is the new path to success. If we don't have a problem or challenge, how do we overcome it? The first and most important step to happiness is solving problems and accepting them. Accept problems, analyze them, and try to solve them with all your virtues. Being sad or showing stress does not help us; it is the problem itself.

4. Think and grow happy.
A person can create anything he or she can imagine. Napoleon Hill explains this in his most famous work, Think and Grow Rich, which is one of the best-selling books of all time. His famous quote, “We are what we are because of the vibrations of thought that we pick up and register through the stimulus of our daily environment, clearly says that thoughts are the lords of our lives." Stop overthinking. Instead of that, think about how we can add the skill of happiness to our lives. Taking happiness as a skill can transform everything we do. No matter who you are, you are the leading hero in the story of your own life. A person becomes a hero or superhero when he or she starts challenging evil or problems. This is the way. A new approach with thoughts is going to bring happiness.
5. Roadmap to Heroic Journey.
When we accept our situation or problem and also gather thoughts to deal with them and create a new way of thinking, we need resources to continue our heroic journey. How do we get them? Take control of your life and smile. The following steps may help more if and only if we intend to go down this path.
Act Now:?Seeking information is good, but it's useless if you don't act on it. Now start a new journey to happiness and apply all the fruitful knowledge gained from your experiences to be happy.?
Happiness is not a mission; it's a lifestyle.?
