If you had to pick THREE...

For me...these are the three qualities of a true Leader...

1. Compassion for others: People don't care how much you know unless they know how much you care.

2. Clear Communication: It's hard to follow someone into a dark cave.

3. Commitment to persist: I like to hang with (and lead) people who find a way around, over, & under all obstacles.
