Secondly it might happen that some other candidate can grab the opportunity in your slot and manage to impress the recruiter/hiring manager and you might lose your chance. Now your performance will be judged against the bar set by earlier candidates.

Dive deep into the art of thorough preparation – from understanding the job description to researching the company's culture and values. Detail the process of creating a personalized response strategy based on anticipated questions. Practice answers out loud to gain confidence and seek feedback from peers or mentors to critical questions about your profile to further finetune answers.
