You may like yourself and the 75K you're on target for, but you are half a recruiter. Closing a placement is based on reading and poking emotions. That involves phone calls. Skip that and you'll close one deal every other month... and it'll be one G-d couldn't have busted up. 

It's a 100K gig if it's just done right.

A 150K gig if it's just done right, and you own the courage to work in other recruiters fear zones.

A 200K job if you can read and stereotype people accurately, and you are taught to deliver a powerful cold recruiting call BEFORE your toe-in-the-water email contact.
